Processing HDPE on a 4 1/2" ext.
Any recommendations out there on the proper purging material to use?

Have a look at Annecat Plasticsand BP Amoco - Novex (LDPE) Grade LD1925ZZ

Purging was covered fairly exhaustively at www.Plastics.com's Extrusion forum a few
weeks ago- you might want to have a look.
