I need information for starting my project about screen changers, something to start like presures, temperatures, how to calculate, etc. I know how it works, and I have general notions about the screen changers, but I need help with the calculations, and how to start it. Any kind of help is very thank. IP: Logged |

You could obtain a copy of Michaeli's "Extrusion Dies For Plastic & Rubber", he covers breaker plate design. Have a look at www.plastics.com tooling forum, there's a thread on breaker plate design. Peter P (a regular here) submitted this link www.polytech.co.uk/melt_filtration.htm which may help you get started. Steve H IP: Logged |
