I nee a description of the critical parameters of the extrusion process and how we can automate the process and control it. or please send me in the right direction to get it.

Generally, the extrusion parameters are temperatures, throughput (rate), pressure, and dimensions of the part being produced (film, tubing, etc.). There are many different control schemes depending on what you are doing.
