We have three of the same extrusion machines marks (and even model).
One of the three is old and have been used a lot whereas the two others are new.
During operation, under the same conditions, the two recent extrusion machines produce sometimes micro bubbles whereas the old one never produces any.

Can the problem come from grinding?
If so, how to accelerate the grinding of the two new machines?

thanks,
regards
