Hi Everyone, I'm currently working on revising my seminar presentations on problem solving emphasizing a 9-step approach. However, I would like to contrast this with the "5-Why" approach. Can anyone comment on their experience w/ the "5-Why" approach? tom ------------------ www.ppsincorp.com IP: Logged |

1. Why won't the bolts break loose? 2. Why can't I sue QA for pain and suffering? 3. Why won't the anti-seize brush reach the bottom of the bottle? 4. Why won't maintenance fix that leak? 5. Why me? IP: Logged |
