hi, we have supplied several extrusion lines for food production with twin screw extruder. As far as the different points of design are concerned, mainly the following items should be included: metal selection of extrusion system, post-dealing system and mixing capacity of extrusion system.

Hi,

I want to know the following basic information: (For single screw extruder 75mm size):

1) What compression ratio you offer for processing maize flour and potato flour?
2) What output rates you guarantee/hour?
3) What is the material of construction for the screw and barrel.
4) The recommended main motor driving power.
5) The heating load in Kw.
6) What arrangements are maded on the screw and/or barrel for cooling to prevent excessive cooking and gelatinisation.

Upon hearing from you I shall revert back.

Regards

R V Malik
