We have in our possesion a Zenith Gel Pump. It's original use was in tandem with an extruder pumping a grease like substance that would encompass a fibre optic cable as it was extruded. It was originally owned by Seicor, which then became Corning Cable. They closed their plant down and I don't know how to incorporate this little pump. It has a 90 v DC motor, a cyclo gear reduction (49:1) and a small metered pump. I want to use it to pump a single component polyurethane for a batch mix, not an extruder. Can you give me more information on this little pump. Regards, Shane IP: Logged |

Shane D: Just contact ZENITH GEAR PUMPS, and give them the Plate information. They should be able to locate an operations book for you. If I'm not mistaken, the pump's gear ratio can be easily changed by replacing the gear metering wheel. IP: Logged |
