Hello I am seeing some problems where the lumens on our multi lumen process are blocking up when extruded. These lumens then free thenselves abd come back to size. Basically the problem i am having is keeping the lumens to a constant ID. Any suggestions to what my problem bay be or any solutions. Typically i see this problem on 2 or 3 lumen product.

It sounds like you need to provide constant air pressure to the back of your die to keep your lumens properly inflated and to control your ID size. LumenAir is one device that accomplishes this.

Any possibility of partially unmelted resin getting to the die?
