Hi
I am after some advice, I need a machine that will continuously mix and extrude an epoxy paste material. This consists of a paste with the consistence of clay and a hardener with a consistency of cold peanut butter. The mix ratio is 100:20 paste:hardener. I need to be able to continuously mix, degas and extrude this material into 6" x 1" tiles, or ideally pump the material along a pipe (6 feet long maximum) so it can be deposited as a continuous slug directly via a rectangular nozzle on the end of the pipe. The material cures hard in around 15-30 minutes depending upon the temperature, contains epoxy resin, amine hardener and glass microballons. Hence I need a machine that will not allow build up of old mixed material at any point, can generate a significant amount of pressure to push the stuff along a pipe/extrude into tiles and is quick to clean. Ideally it will be easily transportable onto customer sites. I want to be able to deposit around 0.3-1 cubic metre per hour (225-750 Kg/hr.

Any one got any ideas?
