We are extruding tubing in class 100 room. This tubing is used in implant appication and we are concerned that if technician leaves residue on pressure probe tip it may eventually get into product. Does anyone knows substitute or technique to eliminate anti seize application.

Try having the threads of the transducer coated with Tungsten Disulfide.

Clean the treads and recut bothe the outer & inner treads with the proper sized die's. As long as you have a "clean" fit, I see no reason for the need of anti-sieze.
