I am trying to find some machine extruder for coating the wire does some body help me about it it coated by pvc what is the minimum thicknes can be achieve ? if coated by pp what is the minimum thickness can be achieve if coated by pet what is the minimum thickenss can be achieve it also happen by nylon what the diff between for both material does all material after coating can be bend usinng bending machine without cracking does some body told me who is prducing this machine IP: Logged |

Wire and cable is routinely coated through a crosshead die using many of the materials you described (assuming you're speaking of FPVC and not RPVC). There are a number of suppliers or you can pick up an extruder anywhere and add a conventional crosshead die from a number of suppliers.... ------------------ www.ppsincorp.com IP: Logged |

What is the minimum thickness you are targeting for? If electrical application, the thickness is ependant on the "spark test". What is the coaed wire used for? IP: Logged |
