We are having problem with our single screw extruder for rigid PVC. The material tends to "kick out" the extruder because of amps. We are in the process of troubleshooting (checking temperatures throught out the extrusion process). Any other suggestions on how we can get the material to flow better and limit building of amps. Thanks.

Welcome to the single screw forum, what sort of drive and motor are you using, is this a recent problem or has it always been present?
