Board,
I have just started to work with recycled PET. I do brooms so is for the monofilament. The problem that I have is that the PET comes out really liquid or it comes out without the proper plastification. If you could tell me the temperatures with which I need to work will be great. I have 7 temp. stations.
Another thing I need to know is to know with which materials should I mix PET so it works better????
Thanks a lot,
abathen

Abathen,

Please see my response to your last post on this subject.

The number one concern for PET processing is to get rid of the moisture in the PET by pre-drying or venting the extruder. Otherwise the PET will not process, period.
