Dear Sir,

I want to recycle LDPE Foam waste.low density foam sheet(density-200 to 500 kg/m3
Production we are looking for 150kg/hr
What should be Screw Diameter, L/D ratio.
How to remove gas from foam waste .

Please give me some idea to recycle it.
