Q1.

Dear sir,
I would like to find the ways to increase output :
Current output : 500 kg per/day.
Machine spec:
Die : 80mm
Screw : 45mm
Rpm :45
Take up speed:600
Temp: C1 200 d/c
C2 205 d/c
C3 215 d/c
D1 220 d/c
D2 225 d/c
Out temp: 37d/c
Material usage: HDPE 5301 :74%
M/B WHITE (hd base) :6%
LL 0209SA : 5%
RECYCLE HD : 15%
What is the standard output can we get as above information. The changes need in order to increase output?

The first thing I notice is the low RPMs for the screw diameter you are using. However it may be difficult to get higher RPMs without surging if your specific output, Kg/Rev, is greater than it should be for your screw diameter.

An extruder of 45MM diameter should be able to run up to 250RPMs or so without problems. Output rates would approach 100 KG/Hr. Proper screw design is required.
