John we have some pretty good recycling firms up here and I have a guy coming in on Thursday to discuss all sorts of recycling. What quantities are you talking about and how much weight would you get on a wagon as transport is usually an issue.

Hi Joe We would bail up the s/e Trim that has paper or aluminium foil in it and load on pallets the loose rolls would then go on I would imagine in the region of 5 tonne of scrap would fill a lorry we do the same with a film we make with PE plus non woven PP which we send away to be recycled this we can use back into our production the scrap with paper or aluminium I am looking to just get rid of as it is costing us to send this to landfill IP: Logged |
