Can anyone tell me a supplier that can supply a screen pack of 20/40/20? We presently use a 20/40/60 screen pack for LDPE and are looking at running a LLDPE and LDPE combination and wanted to try a different screen pack combination. The present vendor that we presently use tells our purchasing dept. they cannot provide the 20/40/20.

If you are going to do some development work I would recommend buying loose screens in several sizes and stacking your own test packs. Install them, unbonded, carefully and you should have no problem.

Yes single screens are what we use and the versatility pays.
