I have been tying to find any info on sizing rings or sizing plates for tubing. It is impossible, its like everybody has a secret sizing tool or method. All I want is a way to size high temp materials, 500F and up but keep ovality at or under .001. Another problem is that I have to use an open tank. Does anybody have any non-proprietary ideas besides free extrusion, I want to use a sizing ring that contacts the plastic. Vacuum sizing is out of the question at the moment also. IP: Logged |
