Hi!
I need to know which gas/liquid is produced in HDPE extrusion, and how it could be treated in order to preserve the environmental.
How could I calculate the different parameters of extrusion procces?

Water and numerous organic chemicals are effluent products of the extrusion process. Condensing those material in special traps is the primary method of collection. The condensates are burned as fuel. The items that do not condense can be trappred using alcohol scrubbing and/or carbon beds.

Extrusion parameters can be calculated using simulation and modeling programs, of which I represent a few companies. Please email me if you want more information.
