is it possible to run texin resin on a barrier screw without variation on the profile or it would be better to use a standard screw with 4 row of mixing pin.(pvc screw)

Without knowing anything more about your application, I would say use either a GP "without the mixing pins" or the barrier.

Can't tell without knowing much more. Easier to just try it, simplest one first. Texin (thermoplastic polyurethane) is very grabby in the feed section and if that is too deep it may overheat, so feed slowly, maybe even by hand, to start, and watch amps. Change rear barrel temperature if inpush too much.
