We typically run high repro content in some of our blends.
We measure screw and barrel ware, and will change barrel and or screw to improve outputs (or both). But when the tolerances decrease the amount or repro I can put in the blends decreases. My total extruder output goes up as it should.
What should I be looking for in a screw to keep both up?
Thanks,
