As every one knows the cost of virgin raw material is becoming costly day by day and runing blow film extrusion is becoming costly and profit margin for low production plant is almost nil.So can you please show us the ways and additives to make the production of HDPE/LDPE bags affordable and profitable.

I will be greatful if expert memebers can enlight us promptly

Hello Ashamery

One additive that could be used to both improve the qualities of blown film and reduce the cost of virgin material going into it, is to incorporate CaCO3. The downside is a reduction in gloss and clarity, but here's some links:
