I have a problem with PVC splitting longitudinally after extrusion process, including cooling. This does not happen to HDPE when extruded using the same equiptment. Any suggestions???

How filled is the PVC?

Does it split along the lines formed by a spider?

Do you know the shrinkage of the HDPE verses the PVC?

Do you know the elongation of the HDPE verses the PVC?
