Compuplast provides profile die design software.

Some of the features are;

Easy to use. If you can use any CAD software like Autocad and SolidWorks you can operate this software.

The software can be set up to automatically balance the flow in a die design.

Using the "Cross Flow Minimalization Method" developed by Compuplast, dies can be developed that operate at a range of output rates.

Typically the number of recuts to tune the die are reduced from 10 or more, down to 3 or less.
