New problem in the last couple of weeks. 5.5inch welex/300hp dc motor. 11.7:1 gearbox. gear pump . get started we are blending 70% reclaim 30% virgin (both crystallized and dried)Ifdwn and screw is stopped then it wont start back as if metal was in it. We reversed screw 3 different times now (which takes a bit due to location of wires leaving drive) and it works every time but no binding objects have been found.
