we are using dry blend and our formulation is pvc-100kgs
caco3 - 15kgs
sag ef-627-2kgs (stablizer)
carbon black- 0.6kgs
(printex 20A)
Calcium stearate--0.6kgs
crystal
our cost is per kg is 3.69 saudi riyal
we are producing a medium guage pipe
by and used in twin screw please give me ideas for it

One idea is to incorporate Epoxidized Soybean Oil as a secondary plasticizer/stabilizer.

Are you trying to reduce cost's or what?
