This problem already posted but I could not get the solution.Our Poly propylene extruder (twin screw- corotating- 226 rpm) is generating high quantity of dust(fines)along with Product pellets.Pellet quality is good however.
If any one can help me please?

Have the fines analyised. It may be something that simply is not compatible.

Simply sharpen the cutter blades in your pelletizer. Give us some feed back, eh?
