Maybe a starting point would be to contact several extruder manufacturers, like Milacron, Krauss-Maffei, American Maplan, Davis Standard, etc. and ask them-- they usually have an extrusion demo lab for customers, and may change out dies on occasion. Failing that, they might steer you to some of their small diameter PVC pipe customers, who would have larger die inventories.
