We are designing a mobile extrusion system that would be 2700ft from the supply truck. This unit would extrude PVC in place. I need to heat the PVC at the extruder head,space is limited,6.5 ft in lenght. Cooling not a problem.sPVC supplied by air, metering as to be done at the extruder also.All hoses are bundled on a reel. no man access to work area, all controls will be in the truck unit. Cameras and senors on board.

An interesting concept, to say the least!What
type of PVC will be extruded---rigid,flexible,powder,pellets? Assume you'll have electric to power the extruder as well as the heater bands.
What's your specific question?
