hello friends

now i m using k-tron feeding system
and have some problems with that unit
system works like that it goes volimetric when refilling then turns to gravimetric
when passing vol to grav
the feeding goes up/down
this causes unconstant torque
if anybody give me information i will be very pleasant

Check for motor stability during the refill and transition to gravimentric.

Lower the motor gain.

Increase the time base.

Check for "blow through" during refill.

Check for refill device dribble after refill.
