we are small company in uk making clear sheet plastic,we are having problems during the shift with burst of carbon coming out the die.we have aproached our material supplier,they said the problem is with our machine.does any body now what this problem could be

it seems burned material, may be some temperature control is not working properly, and when the machine stopped, the temperature increase a lot in some zone, die, extruder... and this burned material is pushed out when the machine running. some times the burned material is stick in the barrel or even in the die.
