We're looking at granulating film/ T'formed waste- the materialis a LDPE/LLDPE blend about 100-180 micron in gauge. The scrap
will be a mixture of cut sheet (610*1000mm) and malformed articles.
Quantities per hour would not be huge, 80-150KG/HR.

What sort of characteristics should we be looking for in a granulator,
ie Number of fixed blades, rotor/moving blade configuration, water cooling
Motor HP etc.
