I had the idea that if I use a larger die diameter, I can increase the output of a blown film line, due to the larger surface area at the bottom of the die (layflat remains the same, so the BUR goes down - 1.3:1 -> 1.1:1).
Any input?

This can only happen if your screw can feed more material, the L/D is appropriate, and that your HP is there.
