hello dear sir,can you suggest me a recipe for making milk film on 3-layer blown film plant. Inner layer should be black and outer layer should be white. what kind of material and percentage i can use to produce black & white milk film. thanking you in advance, chavda mitul IP: Logged |

We run a similar film in the following way:Inside layer - 2% Black M/B 60% LLDPE 38% LDPE Core layer - 70% White reclaim 26% LDPE 4% White M/B Outside layer - 60% White reclaim 12% White M/B 28% LLDPE There is a lot of white M/B but this helps to prevent the black showing through the layers. White reclaim is granule produced from recycled white film scrap. Grades to consider: mLLDPE - Exxon Exceed 1018 series LDPE - Exxon LD104 series M/B - Schulman 8160 white and a standard black. IP: Logged |
