We have a customer which wants to run PP retort grade with three layer line.

Core: Borealis, BORPACT BC 918CF, MFI=3, Density=0.903 mixed 20% of Elit 5401G, MFI=1, density =0.917

Both skins: Borealis, BORCLEAN RB 707CF, MFI=1.5, density=0.905 blended 20% of Elit 5401G MFI=1, density=0.917

The bubble facing instability. It causes gravimetric dosing unit of all extruders doing the wrong mixer ratio.

Do you have any experience on this, please let me know the possible causes and remedies.

Thanks in advance with best regards,

Mitul

Dear Sir,

Actually I want to know more grades of Polypropylene that can run smoothly in Blown Film plants for application like bread bags, stand up pouches.

Please let me know material grade of PP of Dow, Borealis and Exxon mobile.

The problem is mixing in barrel and gravimetric system doing wrong mixer ratio.

Thanks with best regards,

Mitul
