Hello all, Currently, protective mail envelopes are made with a bubble wrap material layer that is adhered to the inside of the envelope by coating the paper with a thin layer of LDPE so the bubble wrap, also made of PE can adhere to the PE coating when heated.
I was wondering if anyone is familiar with a means of eliminating the coating on the paper so the bubble wrap can adhere directly onto the paper surface. Would it involve a special type of paper/treatment?
