hi does anyone have any experience on the coating of BOPS sheet inline with silicone for antisticking properties and denesting properties. any info would be very much appreciated we are looking for application methods, silicone types as well as coverage recomendations.

craigmac: The best equipment I've seen used is made by BLACK industries. It is a roller coating equipment application.
A water based silicone emulsion can be used, but you must use an anti-foamer as well, and fungicide, and then monitor the ratios very carefuly. Works very well.
