cant figure out how to get rid of staining on sheet with silicone bath on roll stock (clear pet) or what causes the staining

Try reducing the silicone concentration in the bath. If the concentration is high and there is short distance between coating station and the end product. Your sheet is wet and air tight when it is wound on the end product.
Also try reducing your flow from bath. try closing the gap between the rubber rolls.
