Dear sir,
we are in powder coating field,we processing ployester,epoxy and hybrid resins by using extrusion process.we want some modifications on our process,for that we want valuable suggestions from you.
PROCESSING DETAILS:
output - 100kg/hr
screw speed - 300rpm
screw torque - 20-30
TEMPERATURE DETAILS:
zone1 - 40c
zone2 - 110c
zone3 - 110c
we are using same temperature for all resins.To modifying these parameters we want increase our output.Please give suggestions for improve our output.
