Hi,

We are coating at the moment Electrically conductive PTFE dispersion over PFA. The Problem is that the PTFE disperion with Soot particles doest adsorp. Could any one tell me how could i increase the adsorption of PTFE dispersion.

thanks in advance.

Is this a liquid dispersion of PTFE and carbon?

Carbon usually has a huge surface area and will absorb lots of fluid. This can result in a substaintial increase in viscosity and perhaps reduce the wetting characterisitcs. Therefore you could try cutting the dispersion with more fluid.
