Hi Bob,An old customer of mine ('80's-90's), Belden Wire & Cable, Richmond Indiana,--assuming they are still in business-- extruded all sorts of wire & cable combinations, and were known for high quality. One of the largest wire & cable extruders used to be General Cable, with several plant locations.
Failing those contacts, one of the largest PVC wire & cable compound(PVC) producers is POLY-ONE (ex Geon), in Avon lake, Ohio. Their marketing people should be able to direct you to some of their major customers. Regards,
