hi..my name helmy,working in one of the cable manufacturing company in Malaysia.We produce cable ranging from 1kV to 132 kV, size from 50mm2 to 1200mm2.We have facing a problem for over the years and can't settle it until now. The problem is when we running 240mm2 x 3C (Aluminium) cable,the conductor screening is always below spec.For ur info this prob. occured during tripple extrusion process.We r using Troester CCV line for the insulating process.Do u all have any idea and suggestion to solve this problem.This problem always happen 'ONLY' for this size of cable...thank u.
