Pawan has given you a very good starting point formulation for TWIN SCREW pipe extrusion----after some running history, you may be able to reduce tin stabilizer to 0.4phr. As Pawan said, this is a dryblend powdered compound made in a high intensity mixer---blended to 120C.

Same formulation will work for m-PVC--recognizing a higher bulk density powder mix is obtained with m-PVC, and extrusion running conditions need adjusting vs.s-PVC compounds.
