Hi Everybody,

thanks Tom for your previous answer and we had already solved the problem by incresing the temperature....

Can anyone suggest me a method or tell me how to increase the adhesion of PTFE over silver wire.....

we extrude PTFE and it is not really sticking to the Silver wire.....

the wall thickness of PTFE is 2.3 mm
and the silver wire is 1.7mm
we do a ram extrusion and i dont understand the mechanism of PTFE...

Any help would be appreciated...

Millions of thanks in advance...

PTFE does not like to stick to anything.

I can remeber researching this in the past and was lead to ways that they make Teflon coatings on frying pans. Check this out;

Good Luck.
