we manufacture pp bcf yarn for tufted carpet manufacture. Our customer complains that our yarn is soft, shiny and deforms easiely. Please guide me as to what we can do to make the yarn more hard and rigid. Will processing the yarn at a higher temperature help thanks malcolm
