Hi Everyone,

we have a Sinter Process.

In Summer we have a different Adhesion value ( 5 - 10 N) between PTFE and Silver.

In Winter we have a differnet Adhesion value ( 20 - 30 N) between PTFE and Silver.

Same problem is also with PFA and Silver.

Can anyone tell me why is the difference exits in Adhesion . We use the same maschine and same parameters in both the season.

I am not able to figure it out. Any help would be appreciated.....

Thanks in advance...

Moisture?
Temperature?
Seasonal Affective disorder?
Earth's axis tilt?
