Dear All,

We have problems when extruding wallthickness above 0,5 mm. The concentricity is not maintained.
any solution for this.....

Depends on what the problem is.

I the problem consistent or random?

Is there enough resin there in the first place? Weigh a length and check it.

Does the melt temperature make sense?

FEP is tough to melt, could you have some unmelted material coming through? Since you are trying a thicker wall the backpressure may not be as high, therefore not developing the melt as well.

Any gassing out or defects you can see in the surface.

If you using melt index 7 I would try melt index 2.0-3.0.
