hi,

i'm looking for efficient solutions to guide my film from the extruder output to the next machine.
at this time whe're using cylinders but the problem is that the film doesn't stay on them (it shifts left or right)
so if you have suggestions, parts providers ...

thanks

There are a variety of grooved roller manufacturer's out there, but i recal once using simple 1" wide masking tape. I wound it from each edge (live a "V" towards the center from each end, and it worked fine.

If and when you aquire a real grooved design, insist on a gauranty that it works - period.

Chicago Poller is a place to start.
