Can anyone tell me why it called one screw extruder and two screw extruder? What the screw here means? Is there any picture to see?

Lots of extruder sites on the web---do a Google search for Plastics Extrusion, and you'll find a bunch---many probably including pictures.

Visualize a hopper sitting on top of one end of a long (Length=25-30x diam.) barrel. The barrel can contain one screw, or two screws inside the total length of the barrel. At the other end is a die that shapes the plastic as it is squeezed out of the barrel by the rotating screws (barrel and screws are heated
to melt the plastic).The hot shaped plastic profile is carried through a cooling bath to freeze the shape, using a "puller", then cut to desired lengths. Alot more science and technology are involved with extrusion, but
this is an over-simplified view of the process!!
