was wondering if anyone out there can help. been having trouble maintaining good density and pellet quality on high tensile glass filled nylons. this is relatively new to our company and cant seem to get it right. screw config? zone temps? if anyone has experience with this type material i need your help.

Ray,

Have tons of expereince with GF Nylon, but not enough to help without knowing your process. What kind of twin screw? Where is the glass added? How much glass? Vacuum vented? Screw design? Worn screw and/or barrel?
